Located in the heart of Southwest Ocala, Kingsland Country is a diverse and growing neighborhood where owners and residents enjoy a peaceful environment surrounded by natural Florida beauty.
Who We Are: KCPOA is a Florida nonprofit corporation led by an elected Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for overseeing community operations and ensuring that Kingsland Country remains a desirable place to live. Our work is guided by Florida statutes, our governing documents, and commitment to fairness, transparency, and responsible management.
Our Mission: Our mission is to preserve and enhance the value, appearance, and enjoyment of Kingsland Country.

- Maintaining the community’s aesthetics and character through responsible oversight and improvements.

- Providing services that are beneficial, practical, and financially responsible for the Association.
- Upholding the Rules and Regulations that protect property values and community standards.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of roads and stormwater systems, whether managed by KCPOA or Marion County.
